Chairman and Secretary of the Southwest Florida Water Management

District, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the

State of Florida, and having its principal office and place of business

in the City of Brooksville, Hernando County, State of Florida, and that,

on the 6th day of June, 1962, at a duly called and properly held meeting

of the Board of Governors of said District, at which meeting a majority

of the members of the Board of Governors were present, the Resolution,

a copy cf which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, was adopted

and incorporated in the minutes of said meeting.
