GO WITH THE FLOW OVERVIEW For this assignment, you will practice using bi bliographic management software (RefWorks) You will s earch for three resources on a topic of your choice. LAB DIRECTIONS Step by step directions for completing the assignment. 1. Create a folder in your RefWorks account on your topic. 2. Use the library s catalog ( http://uf.catalog.fcla.edu/uf.jsp ) to sea rch for a book on your topic. Export the record into RefWorks. 3. Use a database of your choice (ex. Academic Search Premier) to search for a peer reviewe d journal article on your topic. Expor t the record into RefWorks. 4. Find a webpage on your topic and use the Ref Grab It tool to export the record into RefWorks. 5. In your RefWorks account p ut the three references into the folder you created. 6. Take a screen shot of the three references in your RefWorks account. The image should include your name (which is at the top of the screen ) and the folder you created (on the right side of the screen). (If you can t fit it all on one page, put the recor ds in Standard View instead of Full View ). Refer to the sample above for how this should look. 7. Submit the screenshot ( jpg, png, or tiff ) to Sakai.
