Lago Employee Council
Gains Company Agreement
On Three LEC Proposals

Lost Work Time Pay, End-Of-Shift Pay

And Shift Different

ial Are Approved

Three proposals upon which the Lago Employee Council gained

company approval at a special joint
Payment for lost work time during

Center. ‘
Employees working 12 - 8 shift
pay-day. |
Establishment of a minimum shift}
differential for monthly-paid em-
ployees.

The first two proposals go into ef-
fect Nov. 1; the third was made re-
troactive to Oct. 1.

The LEC proposed that constituent
employees from Yardmah - Starting
through Tradesman B - who now are
not paid for work time lost during
an initial, non-industrial visit to the|
Employee Medical Center - be paid|
for that time if they are ordered)
Treated in Quarters or hospitalized.

Company representatives agreed to
the proposal if the employee is or-
dered TIQ or hospitalized on the day
of the first visit.

The council also proposed that em-
ployees in the Yardman - Starting:
Tradesman B rating spread who are
declared fit for duty after an initial
visit, but who are asked to return for
further medical examination, be paid
for time lost during the first visit if
they are ordered TIQ or hospitalized |
after one or more return visits stem-|
ming from the original illness.

It was agreed this phase of the
proposal would be developed between
the council and the Medical Depart-
ment.

Company representatives agreed to
an LEC proposal that employees
working the 12-midnight. - 8 a.m.
shift on pay-day be paid on comple-
tion of the shift.

The company had previously
jected the proposal because of

re-
in-|

meeting Oct. 7 were: ;
first visit to Employee Medical

to receive pay at end of shift on

creased costs created by additional
accounting and other work relative
to the establishment of a separate
pay-time.

Company representatives told the
LEC members at the Oct. 7 meeting,
however, that the installation of new
accounting equipment had reduced
the cost of establishing a separate
pay-time to the point that it was eco-
nomically practical.

Twelve-to-eight workers, they said,
would be paid at their regular pay
stations on completion of the shift
commencing the first pay-day in No-
vember.

The company also agreed to a
council proposal to establish a ’’floor"’
or basic wage differential for month-
ly-paid employees during shift work.
The council had pointed out that
some monthly-paid employees whose
compensation did not include recog-
nition for shift work were paid a
shift differential of five per cent of
their daily rate when required to
work the evening or night shift.

Because this differential could re-
sult in some monthly-paid employees’
receiving less than 121!/) cents per|
hour - the shift differential establish-
ed for fixed-rated employees - the
council proposed that the Working
Agreement be amended to provide}
that monthly-paid employees receive
a shift differential of five per cent of
their daily rate or 121/, cents, which
was greater.

Welcome Ceremony
Set For Airfield

Queen Juliana stepped ashore
from the cruiser H.M.S. De Ruy-
ter last Tuesday morning in Cu-
racao and the first round of a 35-
gun salute signaled the start of
an eight-day celebration of the
first visit by a ruling queen to the
Netherlands Antilles.

Thousands of persons ringed
the New Harbor as the "De Ruy-
ter” arrived from Puerto Rico
and steamed up St. Anna Bay to
the dock. Though the sky was over-
cast, no rain fell as the queen - ac-
companied by Prince Bernhard -
entered the royal carriage to drive
to the governor’s mansion.

All along the route thousands
more cheered as the carriage, drawn
by eight horses, passed. They were
still in the streets that afternoon as
the queen rode in state to the coun-
cil hall for a meeting of the Staten.

On the 21st the royal party left
by airplane for Bonaire where the
queen was scheduled to tour the is-
land, receive various dignitaries and
listen to a group of school children
sing. Plans called for the party to
leave Bonaire by airplane in order

The mangroves and olives were se-

|
lected because of their hardy nature.

The mangrove is one of the few
plants which puts out tendrils equip-
ped with roots. The tendrils fall to
the ground where the roots take hold
and a new bush starts.

When the nature group members
returned next week with 400 more
bushes and seeds, they found about |
half of the slips had been washed

away by the wind-driven waves. To
forestall further loss, they planted the
new slips farther from the shore and
decper in the sand.

It is believed that Hurricane
Hazel,” whose fringe raked the is-
land in October of last year, first
started the build-up. Hurricane
"Janet’’ added enough to push the
surface above the water.

The force of the storm may be mea-
sured by the fact that members of
the planting group found fishes up to
eight inches in length which had been
carried up and stranded on the islet.

New Pier In Use

Built To Keep Pace With World Oil Situation Changes

A new pier, designed primarily to handle ships carrying incoming
crude oil, was put in service by Lago Oct. 4. It represents another step
in the company’s effort to keep pace with changes in the world oil

situation.

The need for the new pier was
created when Lago shifted from
shallow-draft lake tankers to ocean-
going tankers for its crude _ oil
transportation. The shift was made
possible when the channel into Lake
Maracaibo was deepened and pipe
lines put down the crude in
Amuay’s deep-water port.

Other factors increasing the need
for the new pier were:

A survey which showed Lago
would require at least 10 deep-water
berths for the next decade.

Tests which showed the Reef
Docks would need complete replace-
ment.

Unsuitability of the Lake Tanker
Docks for ocean-going vessels.

As a result, it was decided to re-
move the Lake Tanker Docks, dredge
that area to accommodate deep-
water tankers and construct a fin-
ger pier which would replace the
two ocean-tanker Reef Docks and
fill Lago’s need for deep-water
berths. Deepening of the basin was
included in the current harbor
dredging program. The Technical
Service Department was given the

job of designing the new pier; the
Mechanical Department was assign-

ed the task of building it.

Engineers in TSD’s Project Engi-
neering Section used a_ technique
which they developed and perfected
in building the dolphins which -
through wooden piling "'clusters’” -
serve as the pier’s main supports.

Previously, piling ’'clusters’’ were
reinforced with bracing piles driven
obliquely and fastened to the up-
right piles. In the new Crude Pier
all the piles in the ‘cluster’ are
driven vertically, then wrapped to-
gether at the water line and the top
with wire rope.

Lashed so that they must bend to
come together at the top, the
“cluster” pilings act as a_ single,
many-fibered unit capable of with-
standing extreme loads. One design
specification was that the pier must
withstand the force of a blow which
would be delivered by a fully-loaded
Super Tanker traveling 12 feet per
minute.

Some 836 pilings went into the
pier which is further reinforced by
welded steel frames.

Close cooperation between TSD
and the Mechanical Department
made completition on schedule pos-
sible. Mechanical Department for-
ces, tackling their largest pier pro-

ject to date, worked out methods
for completing the installation.

One problem the Mechanical De-
partment solved was lashing the
pilings so that their upper portions
bent together while their bases were
spread several feet apart in the har-
bor floor.

After several experiments, they
hit on the idea of wrapping a winch
cable from a barge in a_ figure-
eight around two opposite ”’clust-
ers.” Taking a strain on the cable
so the barge was held against one
of the "clusters,’ they rammed the
opposite cluster with a tug. Re-
peated blows, followed by tighten-
ing of the cable, nested the piles
which were then secured with per-
manent wire rope lashings.

The result is a 730-foot long pier
which will be capable of handling
two 26,700 deadweight-ton Super
Using some
of the lines originally installed for
the Lake Tanker Docks, it is equip-
ped for acceptance of crude oil and
delivery of black oil products

The pier’s hose-handling — struc-
ture was designed by TSD and Re-
ceiving and Shipping and was fabri-
cated at Lago. It incorporates some
of the latest design features includ-
ing cement-wrapped legs as a cor-
rosion and fire foil. Total cost of the
pier, excluding dredging, is in the
neighborhood of Fls. 1,000,000.

Close to 125,000 cubic
spoil were removed to deepen the
pier basin from 20 to 35 feet to en-
able it to serve Super Tankers. Two

Tankers simultaneousl

ards of

of these ships, each capable of car-
rying over 190,000 barrels of crude
oil, can supply the major portion of
the refinery’s crude requirements
each day

Ten average-capacity lake tank-
ers would be needed to supply a
similar amount. Lago replaced its
lake tankers with ocean-going tank-
ers in order to reduce transporta-
tion costs.

Construction of the new pier is
closely connected with the increase
in the size of ships now calling at
San Nicolas Harbor and the world-
wide tendency toward even larger
vessels. The relatively small size of
the harbor, however, makes maneu-
vering of these ships difficult. Re-
placement of the Reef Docks - built
in 1942 as a temporary war-time
measure - by the Crude Pier will

provide more maneuvering area.

If ycu’re interested in transporting an elephant by
air, carry along some hay, cabbage, water and a
chicken. The food and water are for the clephant. The
chicken is to keep him quiet.

Unless it intends to kill, an elephant won't step on
a living thing. So it will stand perfectly still rather
than step on the chicken as it pecks around its feet.

For years these feathered "elephant girls’ have
helped the Royal Dutch Airline fly elephants from
Africa and India to zoos and circuses all over the
world. They are one of the tricks discovered by the
airline in 31 years of flying everything from water
buffaloes to water fleas.

A pedigreed bull was KLM’s first four-footed pas-
senger. It flew from Amsterdam to Paris in 1924
aboard a 100-mile-per-hour Fokker F-3. Hundreds of
farmers jammed the airport to see the bull take off.

Since then hundreds of animals - tigers, lions, mon-
keys, dogs, horses - have followed in the footsteps of
the bull up the ramp of a KLM plane. The airline has
developed special techniques and equipment to insure
the animals’ safe arrival at their destination.

Horses, for instance, can get off a plane in the morn-
ing and race that afternoon. As a result they are fre-
quent entries on KLM’s animal passenger lists.

Race horses are among the most valuable animals in
the world. To transport them safely, KLM experiment-
ed for a year with two thoroughbreds from Prince
Bernhard’s stable. With the help of the Utrecht Uni-
versity Veterinary Department, the airline developed

Nando, Espana Battle
Ends in 10-Round Draw

Sugar Boy Nando, twice the victim of Ismael Espana in two pre-

vious encounters, scored a moral
Garden the night of Oct. 11 when

weight champion to a draw in a pell-mell, 10-round, non-title bout.
The decision, announced by the Aruba Boxing Commission after the

referee and one ring judge carded
the scrap 3 - 3 - 4 while the other)
judge gave Nando five rounds, Es-|
pana one and drew four, was un- |
popular with the standing-room-on- |
ly crowd.

They felt Nando, the Aruba
scrapper who captured the middle-
weight crown of the Netherlands
Antilles earlier this year, had
trounced the visiting Venezuelan.
The fight, however, goes into the
books as a draw on the basis of
established ring practice.

Nando, at 151, gave
pounds to his opponent who had
knocked him out in Curacao and
scored a technical knock-out in Ve-
Nezuela. An accomplished boxer with
a strong left hand, the Antilles
champion faced a strong, hard-hit-
ting Venezuelan champion.

The first round opened with cau-
tious exchanges, flurries of infight-|
ing and considerable clinching. In|
the second round Nando opened up}
and tugged Espana with a rocking |
left, but Espana weathered the at-
tack and came back in the third to
carry the fight to Nando who boxed
his way out of several sharp at-
tacks.

The fourth round was_ slow and
marked by longe-range exchanges.
In the fifth it looked like both boys
were coasting but the sixth featured
some of the most savage fighting of
the bout. Nando worked on Espana’s
kidneys and clipped the Venezuelan

away six

victory at the Swingsters Square
he fought the Venezulelan middle-

with four good left hands.

Late in the sixth Espana mount-
ed savage, two-handed attack
that drove Sugar Boy into the ropes
and forced him to hold on. Espana
kept up the attack in the seventh
shooting for Nando’s head. The
Aruba boy, however, boxed away
safely. In the eighth both fighters,
tired by the fast pace, were content
with long exchanges and _ frequent
clinching.

Espana opened up the ninth with
a change in style. He drove in sev- |
eral right hands that had Nando
hanging on before he figured a
counter to the attack, then came|
back with his own two-handed as-
sault that had Espana backing up.

The Venezuelan stormed out for
the 10th round intent on a knock-|
out. He tried to bull his opponent in-
to the ropes for a put-away shot, |
but Nando slipped away each time.
Exasperated, Espana motioned for;
Nando to "come on and fight.”

The Antillian champion obliged
with a_ leaping left-and-right as-
sault that forced Espana to cove
up. The Venezuelan staged two more
attacks which Nando foiled and had
taken over the offensive as the bell|
sounded ending the fight. |

Judge Clive MacDonald _ scored}
the fight five rounds for Nando, one
for Espana and four even; Judge
Harold Oduber and Referee James
Lambert scored it three for Nando,
three for Espana and four even.

Lago Employee Council
Gains Company Agreement
On Three LEC Proposals

Lost Work Time Pay, End-Of-Shift Pay

And Shift Different

ial Are Approved

Three proposals upon which the Lago Employee Council gained

company approval at a special joint
Payment for lost work time during

Center. ‘
Employees working 12 - 8 shift
pay-day. |
Establishment of a minimum shift}
differential for monthly-paid em-
ployees.

The first two proposals go into ef-
fect Nov. 1; the third was made re-
troactive to Oct. 1.

The LEC proposed that constituent
employees from Yardmah - Starting
through Tradesman B - who now are
not paid for work time lost during
an initial, non-industrial visit to the|
Employee Medical Center - be paid|
for that time if they are ordered)
Treated in Quarters or hospitalized.

Company representatives agreed to
the proposal if the employee is or-
dered TIQ or hospitalized on the day
of the first visit.

The council also proposed that em-
ployees in the Yardman - Starting:
Tradesman B rating spread who are
declared fit for duty after an initial
visit, but who are asked to return for
further medical examination, be paid
for time lost during the first visit if
they are ordered TIQ or hospitalized |
after one or more return visits stem-|
ming from the original illness.

It was agreed this phase of the
proposal would be developed between
the council and the Medical Depart-
ment.

Company representatives agreed to
an LEC proposal that employees
working the 12-midnight. - 8 a.m.
shift on pay-day be paid on comple-
tion of the shift.

The company had previously
jected the proposal because of

re-
in-|

meeting Oct. 7 were: ;
first visit to Employee Medical

to receive pay at end of shift on

creased costs created by additional
accounting and other work relative
to the establishment of a separate
pay-time.

Company representatives told the
LEC members at the Oct. 7 meeting,
however, that the installation of new
accounting equipment had reduced
the cost of establishing a separate
pay-time to the point that it was eco-
nomically practical.

Twelve-to-eight workers, they said,
would be paid at their regular pay
stations on completion of the shift
commencing the first pay-day in No-
vember.

The company also agreed to a
council proposal to establish a ’’floor"’
or basic wage differential for month-
ly-paid employees during shift work.
The council had pointed out that
some monthly-paid employees whose
compensation did not include recog-
nition for shift work were paid a
shift differential of five per cent of
their daily rate when required to
work the evening or night shift.

Because this differential could re-
sult in some monthly-paid employees’
receiving less than 121!/) cents per|
hour - the shift differential establish-
ed for fixed-rated employees - the
council proposed that the Working
Agreement be amended to provide}
that monthly-paid employees receive
a shift differential of five per cent of
their daily rate or 121/, cents, which
was greater.

Welcome Ceremony
Set For Airfield

Queen Juliana stepped ashore
from the cruiser H.M.S. De Ruy-
ter last Tuesday morning in Cu-
racao and the first round of a 35-
gun salute signaled the start of
an eight-day celebration of the
first visit by a ruling queen to the
Netherlands Antilles.

Thousands of persons ringed
the New Harbor as the "De Ruy-
ter” arrived from Puerto Rico
and steamed up St. Anna Bay to
the dock. Though the sky was over-
cast, no rain fell as the queen - ac-
companied by Prince Bernhard -
entered the royal carriage to drive
to the governor’s mansion.

All along the route thousands
more cheered as the carriage, drawn
by eight horses, passed. They were
still in the streets that afternoon as
the queen rode in state to the coun-
cil hall for a meeting of the Staten.

On the 21st the royal party left
by airplane for Bonaire where the
queen was scheduled to tour the is-
land, receive various dignitaries and
listen to a group of school children
sing. Plans called for the party to
leave Bonaire by airplane in order

The mangroves and olives were se-

lected because of their hardy nature.

The mangrove is one of the few
plants which puts out tendrils equip-
ped with roots. The tendrils fall to
the ground where the roots take hold
and a new bush starts.

When the nature group members
returned next week with 400 more
bushes and seeds, they found about |
half of the slips had been washed

away by the wind-driven waves. To
forestall further loss, they planted the
new slips farther from the shore and
decper in the sand.

It is believed that Hurricane
Hazel,” whose fringe raked the is-
land in October of last year, first
started the build-up. Hurricane
"Janet’’ added enough to push the
surface above the water.

The force of the storm may be mea-
sured by the fact that members of
the planting group found fishes up to
eight inches in length which had been
carried up and stranded on the islet.

New Pier In Use

Built To Keep Pace With World Oil Situation Changes

A new pier, designed primarily to handle ships carrying incoming
crude oil, was put in service by Lago Oct. 4. It represents another step
in the company’s effort to keep pace with changes in the world oil

situation.

The need for the new pier was
created when Lago shifted from
shallow-draft lake tankers to ocean-
going tankers for its crude _ oil
transportation. The shift was made
possible when the channel into Lake
Maracaibo was deepened and pipe
lines put down the crude in
Amuay’s deep-water port.

Other factors increasing the need
for the new pier were:

A survey which showed Lago
would require at least 10 deep-water
berths for the next decade.

Tests which showed the Reef
Docks would need complete replace-
ment.

Unsuitability of the Lake Tanker
Docks for ocean-going vessels.

As a result, it was decided to re-
move the Lake Tanker Docks, dredge
that area to accommodate deep-
water tankers and construct a fin-
ger pier which would replace the
two ocean-tanker Reef Docks and
fill Lago’s need for deep-water
berths. Deepening of the basin was
included in the current harbor
dredging program. The Technical
Service Department was given the

job of designing the new pier; the
Mechanical Department was assign-

ed the task of building it.

Engineers in TSD’s Project Engi-
neering Section used a_ technique
which they developed and perfected
in building the dolphins which -
through wooden piling "'clusters’” -
serve as the pier’s main supports.

Previously, piling ’'clusters’’ were
reinforced with bracing piles driven
obliquely and fastened to the up-
right piles. In the new Crude Pier
all the piles in the ‘cluster’ are
driven vertically, then wrapped to-
gether at the water line and the top
with wire rope.

Lashed so that they must bend to
come together at the top, the
“cluster” pilings act as a_ single,
many-fibered unit capable of with-
standing extreme loads. One design
specification was that the pier must
withstand the force of a blow which
would be delivered by a fully-loaded
Super Tanker traveling 12 feet per
minute.

Some 836 pilings went into the
pier which is further reinforced by
welded steel frames.

Close cooperation between TSD
and the Mechanical Department
made completition on schedule pos-
sible. Mechanical Department for-
ces, tackling their largest pier pro-

ject to date, worked out methods
for completing the installation.

One problem the Mechanical De-
partment solved was lashing the
pilings so that their upper portions
bent together while their bases were
spread several feet apart in the har-
bor floor.

After several experiments, they
hit on the idea of wrapping a winch
cable from a barge in a_ figure-
eight around two opposite ”’clust-
ers.” Taking a strain on the cable
so the barge was held against one
of the "clusters,’ they rammed the
opposite cluster with a tug. Re-
peated blows, followed by tighten-
ing of the cable, nested the piles
which were then secured with per-
manent wire rope lashings.

The result is a 730-foot long pier
which will be capable of handling
two 26,700 deadweight-ton Super
Using some
of the lines originally installed for
the Lake Tanker Docks, it is equip-
ped for acceptance of crude oil and
delivery of black oil products

The pier’s hose-handling — struc-
ture was designed by TSD and Re-
ceiving and Shipping and was fabri-
cated at Lago. It incorporates some
of the latest design features includ-
ing cement-wrapped legs as a cor-
rosion and fire foil. Total cost of the
pier, excluding dredging, is in the
neighborhood of Fls. 1,000,000.

Close to 125,000 cubic
spoil were removed to deepen the
pier basin from 20 to 35 feet to en-
able it to serve Super Tankers. Two

Tankers simultaneousl

ards of

of these ships, each capable of car-
rying over 190,000 barrels of crude
oil, can supply the major portion of
the refinery’s crude requirements
each day

Ten average-capacity lake tank-
ers would be needed to supply a
similar amount. Lago replaced its
lake tankers with ocean-going tank-
ers in order to reduce transporta-
tion costs.

Construction of the new pier is
closely connected with the increase
in the size of ships now calling at
San Nicolas Harbor and the world-
wide tendency toward even larger
vessels. The relatively small size of
the harbor, however, makes maneu-
vering of these ships difficult. Re-
placement of the Reef Docks - built
in 1942 as a temporary war-time
measure - by the Crude Pier will

provide more maneuvering area.

If ycu’re interested in transporting an elephant by
air, carry along some hay, cabbage, water and a
chicken. The food and water are for the clephant. The
chicken is to keep him quiet.

Unless it intends to kill, an elephant won't step on
a living thing. So it will stand perfectly still rather
than step on the chicken as it pecks around its feet.

For years these feathered "elephant girls’ have
helped the Royal Dutch Airline fly elephants from
Africa and India to zoos and circuses all over the
world. They are one of the tricks discovered by the
airline in 31 years of flying everything from water
buffaloes to water fleas.

A pedigreed bull was KLM’s first four-footed pas-
senger. It flew from Amsterdam to Paris in 1924
aboard a 100-mile-per-hour Fokker F-3. Hundreds of
farmers jammed the airport to see the bull take off.

Since then hundreds of animals - tigers, lions, mon-
keys, dogs, horses - have followed in the footsteps of
the bull up the ramp of a KLM plane. The airline has
developed special techniques and equipment to insure
the animals’ safe arrival at their destination.

Horses, for instance, can get off a plane in the morn-
ing and race that afternoon. As a result they are fre-
quent entries on KLM’s animal passenger lists.

Race horses are among the most valuable animals in
the world. To transport them safely, KLM experiment-
ed for a year with two thoroughbreds from Prince
Bernhard’s stable. With the help of the Utrecht Uni-
versity Veterinary Department, the airline developed
a stall which could also serve as a loading and un-
loading ramp.

To date the line has flown over 300 top-notch racers
from Irish, French, English and United States stables
in both directions across the Atlantic Ocean and
throughout Europe.

Nando, Espana Battle
Ends in 10-Round Draw

Sugar Boy Nando, twice the victim of Ismael Espana in two pre-

vious encounters, scored a moral
Garden the night of Oct. 11 when

weight champion to a draw in a pell-mell, 10-round, non-title bout.
The decision, announced by the Aruba Boxing Commission after the

referee and one ring judge carded
the scrap 3 - 3 - 4 while the other)
judge gave Nando five rounds, Es-|
pana one and drew four, was un- |
popular with the standing-room-on- |
ly crowd.

They felt Nando, the Aruba
scrapper who captured the middle-
weight crown of the Netherlands
Antilles earlier this year, had
trounced the visiting Venezuelan.
The fight, however, goes into the
books as a draw on the basis of
established ring practice.

Nando, at 151, gave
pounds to his opponent who had
knocked him out in Curacao and
scored a technical knock-out in Ve-
Nezuela. An accomplished boxer with
a strong left hand, the Antilles
champion faced a strong, hard-hit-
ting Venezuelan champion.

The first round opened with cau-
tious exchanges, flurries of infight-|
ing and considerable clinching. In|
the second round Nando opened up}
and tugged Espana with a rocking |
left, but Espana weathered the at-
tack and came back in the third to
carry the fight to Nando who boxed
his way out of several sharp at-
tacks.

The fourth round was_ slow and
marked by longe-range exchanges.
In the fifth it looked like both boys
were coasting but the sixth featured
some of the most savage fighting of
the bout. Nando worked on Espana’s
kidneys and clipped the Venezuelan

away six

victory at the Swingsters Square
he fought the Venezulelan middle-

with four good left hands.

Late in the sixth Espana mount-
ed savage, two-handed attack
that drove Sugar Boy into the ropes
and forced him to hold on. Espana
kept up the attack in the seventh
shooting for Nando’s head. The
Aruba boy, however, boxed away
safely. In the eighth both fighters,
tired by the fast pace, were content
with long exchanges and _ frequent
clinching.

Espana opened up the ninth with
a change in style. He drove in sev- |
eral right hands that had Nando
hanging on before he figured a
counter to the attack, then came|
back with his own two-handed as-
sault that had Espana backing up.

The Venezuelan stormed out for
the 10th round intent on a knock-|
out. He tried to bull his opponent in-
to the ropes for a put-away shot, |
but Nando slipped away each time.
Exasperated, Espana motioned for;
Nando to "come on and fight.”

The Antillian champion obliged
with a_ leaping left-and-right as-
sault that forced Espana to cove
up. The Venezuelan staged two more
attacks which Nando foiled and had
taken over the offensive as the bell|
sounded ending the fight. |

Judge Clive MacDonald _ scored}
the fight five rounds for Nando, one
for Espana and four even; Judge
Harold Oduber and Referee James
Lambert scored it three for Nando,
three for Espana and four even.
