REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PREPARATION, SALE, BARTER,
EXCHANGE, SHIPMENT, AND IMPORTATION OF VIRUSES, SERUMS,
TOXINS, AND ANALOGOUS PRODUCTS INTENDED FOR USE IN THE
TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Under authority conferred by law upon the Secretary of Agriculture, B A. I.
Order 276, dated August 18, 1922, and effective November 1, 1922, as amended,
is hereby further amended so that Paragraph 11 of Section 2, Regulation 19 shall
read as follows:
PARAGRAPH 11. Heating of anti-hog-cholera serum shall be conducted under
the supervision of a bureau employee and in a manner in which the product
and the entire container thereof will be subjected to a temperature ranging
from 58 degrees to 59 degrees C. for thirty minutes.
This amendment for the purpose of identification is designated Amendment
8 to B. A. I. Order 276, and shall become and be effective on and after
November 1, 1931.
