with the pr~ovisions of Title I: of the JNatiolnal Inldulstr~ial Recovery
A'ct, apprloved Junte 16, 193:3, and thle pr~ovisio~ns of the~ Codet of Fiair
Cfompe~ttiion for the Au~tomoboile Mannufa~ctur~ing Inlfdt~str duly ap-
provedc' on ASugust SG,! 1933, for my approval of an nniendmelntl to
said Code of Fair COmpii-etitioni for the Ault~omobile Mannufact urine
Industry, and the Naltionatl Indcustrial Recovery Board havingr found

Roo. evelt, Pre ident of the United tates, pur uant to the authority ve ted in me by Title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act, approYecl Jun 16, 1933, and otherwise, do adopt and approve the finding s and re commenda tions of the National Industrial Recovery Board and do order that the said application be and it i. hereby approved, and that, effec tive immediately, the said Code o-f Fair Comptition for the Automobi l e Manufacturing Industry be and it is hereby amended as follows : In Article I , t he seventh paragraph, whi ch has heretofore read as follows: .
