Dear Mr. Kennedy

Thank you very muoh for your recent letter. I was glad to
know that you plan to be in Florida the first week in
November, because, I, too, would like to see you and have
a discussion about affairs* My present schedule does not
cary me to Palm Beach or to southeastern Florida at that
time, but when wy schedule does oall for a trip to that
section of the state X shall make it a point to call on
you, Should you be parsing through Jaoksonville and
planning to stop off there, I could arrange to meet you
there for a short conference* However, if you plan to
spend the winter in Florida there no doubt will be =any
opportunities for me to see you.

Sinoerely yours,

lilliam G. Carleton
