Arrangements are well in hand. All but one of the seats on our bus have been
taken up.

ACTION BY YOU (Larry yourosta are being met by SHRG!)

1 Get your PASSPORT sorted out (quick cheapie from Post Office will do)
2 Send me 25 Deposit NOW. This will pay the bus rental, insurance and see
us through Belgium on petrol.
3 Bring the other 25 with you for the 2 Channel crossings and petrol en route.
U Bring at least 50 pocket money for sustenance, drinks, etc. (Larry too!)


DEPARTURE

We assemble in London at 9.30am on Wednesday 15th April 1981 in front of the
Train Departures Indicator of KINGS CROSS*MAIN LINE station.
For heave ns sake be there o n time !!.

You can reach me in London on 960 6086 (Terry Munyard's flat) the evening before
departure. I suggest we meet up for a meal on the evening of the 14th (Jimmy's
Restaurant, Frith Street, Soho at 9pm) for a communal meal and to put the
finishing touches'to the journey, there. We're driving through Belgium, Germany,
Switzerland and Northern Italy, taking two days and 2 nights to get there.

AT CONFERENCE

If you want to stay at the Conference Hotel (Hotel Gilly), telephone Torre
Pellici 932093 or 932095 (dial 010-39-121- from the UK) and book your bed. It
will cost 130,000 lira, about 58 for 3 days' full board including conference
extras. Some of us will be camping under canvas and eating in local bistros.
,Torre' Pellici is an historical village, 30Km west of Turin, closish to the Alps.
We can use our bus for local trips. Nae bad, eh?

RETURN JOURNEY

Leave Torre Pellici "first light" on 21st April, arrive London before 6pm -
Wednesday 22nd April.
