November 1, 1921. Dear Mr. Hill: You may recall that you and I had some correspon- dence some years ago about oil, and I'm writing to ask if you are still interested. Most every wide awake American has either made or lost more or less money in oil, or intends to in- vest in it sometime, for we all know that when we actually "get in right," on the RIGHT KIND of an oil deal there is no other way on earth that we can make so much so quickly with so little money. If you are one who has lost money in oil, I presume you would like to be sure you know why you lost it, and would like to know how you can make the money back; if you have made money in oil, you'd like to make more, and if you've not invested at all, you'd like to know what the actual facts are about this great American industry, and what the opportu- nities for fortune-making really are. I have written a small book that will give you just that information, and will be glad to send you a copy free if you will fill out and mail me the in- closed postcard, before my supply is exhausted. Also, I am organizing a Syndicate, and later on, when I have my plans fully completed, will be glad to send you full details. I believe when you get all the facts, and my banking and other referen- ces, that you will agree with me that my proposi- tion is as much superior to the average oil deal as a diamond is to a piece of coal. The booklet may possibly save as well as make you many dollars and you will find it very interest- ing. At any rate, it only costs you a stamp on the inclosed card to get it, and of course there is no obligation or expense of any kind on your part, so I suggest that you fill out and mail the card now before you forget it.
