Russian Philatelic Resources is an adjunct collection to the Archives of the Rossica Society. Materials found here were collected independently by the University of Florida and its partners. The collection contains a variety of public domain resources; Russian, Soviet and related area philatelic literature; and related graphical and textual materials.

This digital library is open to anyone with Internet access. Recent issues of the Rossica Journal along with other monographs and resources are available from the Rossica Society.

Other collections comprising the Archives of the Rossica Society include:
