Editorial Staff

Creed Greer, Editor

Dr. Greer has been the editor of the Journal of Undergraduate Research since August 2004. He works closely with scholars and their mentors, as well as the JUR editorial board, to ensure the journal publishes the highest quality research papers possible. As Associate Program Director for the Dial Center for Written and Oral Communication, Dr. Greer has developed and taught academic and professional writing courses in Law, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, and Engineering. He also is the creator and director of UF’s Online Writing Lab.

Ariel Gunn, Assistant Editor

Ms. Gunn became the assistant editor in the fall of 2010 after serving as the Journal’s copy editor. She received her master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Florida, where she taught a variety of Literature and Composition courses and tutored at the Reading and Writing Center. Currently, she serves as a writing specialist at Hillsborough Community College’s Writing Commons.
