Content description: Gouache, ink and graphite study divided into three sections; at left is a brick building with a male figure wearing a hat standing in the doorway reaching out into a crowd of men who are reaching toward him; at center is a male dressed in a white long sleeved shirt, pointing a finger to the left while speaking to a crowd of men dressed uniformally in blue crew neck shirts and white caps standing at a dock with a ship and the bay in the background; at right is a group of three men who are saluting; at lower right foreground is a bright red bow with the initials M.S.C. and the words "Strike Won" inscribed on a stack of papers.
