FHBA AMENDMENTS TO PROPOSED CS/HB 715, 1249, 1321, AND 1339

1. On page 20, between lines 26 & 27, insert the following paragraph and renumber
subsequent paragraphs:

(,) The recovery and prevention strategy described in section 373.0421(2).

2. On page 27, line 30, strike "shall" and insert the following:

Sas part of the regional water supply plan described in section 373.0361. shall adopt and

3. On page 40, line 20, after (1) insert the following:

"Upon completion of the districtwide water supply assessment pursuant to
s. 373.036(2)(b)4. And in those geographical areas where it is determined that a regional water
supply plan pursuant to s. 373.0361 is not required."

4. On page 21, strike all of lines 14 through 17 and insert the following:

"(3) All portions of the regional water supply plan that impact or affect third parties,
including the determination of the water resource development projects to be funded by the
district. the financial feasibility of the water resource development projects, the timetable for
funding, constructing and implementing these projects and the recovery and prevention strategy,
shall be adopted by the governing board as a rule pursuant to chapter 120."
