11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: l:enc

13 Section 1. Quorum for Landowners' Meetings.--At any 1.7

14 landowners' meetings a quorum shall constitute the owners of 1.8

15 lands in the District present in person or voting by proxy for

16 the purpose of holding elections and voting upon any matters 1.9

17 that may come properly before said meetings. 1.10

18 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a 1.10
