SUBJECT: Agreements with the City of Tampa
At your request, we have researched our records and enclosed the following documents relative
to the City of Tampa:
10/8/75 Easement agreement between the SWFWMD and the City of
Tampa for the City of Tampa/Morris Bridge Wellfield together with an
aerial (Dwg. No. 13-300-521) depicting the linear easements conveyed to
the City of Tampa for the wellfield.
3/31/87 Non-exclusive license between the SWFWMD and the
WCRWSA to install a temporary pump station on the Harney Canal in
order to transfer water from the canal at Structure 161 to the Hillsborough
River for the purpose of augmenting the City of Tampa's water supply.
8/1/91 Non-exclusive license between the SWFWMD and the
WCRWSA to install a permanent pump station for the purposes described
in Enclosure #2 above.
6/28/89 Perpetual Easement between the SWFWMD and the City of
Tampa allowing the City to construct, maintain, operate, repair and replace
a 36-inch water transmission pipeline over the Tampa Bypass Canal as
part of the City's eastern transmission main.
5/19/95 Non-exclusive temporary easement between the SWFWMD and
the City of Tampa for the purpose of construction of a 36-inch sanitary
sewer line across the Tampa Bypass Canal.
5/19/95 Non-exclusive perpetual easement between the SWFWMD and
the City of Tampa for the 36-inch sanitary sewer line described in
10/31/95 Non-exclusive license agreement between the SWFWMD and
the WCRWSA to construct a 42-inch freshwater pipeline on a portion of
the District's Lower Hillsborough Flood Detention area lands for the
purpose of linking the future Lake Bridge pump station to the Morris
Bridge (City of Tampa) Treatment Plant adjacent to the Lower
