Dear Myron:

Please find enclosed a copy of the warranty deed and temporary easement on
the above referenced job. Mr. Twachtmann, our Director, has asked me to
ask you certain questions pertaining to the temporary easement.

1. If we put spoil on the land described in this temporary easement does
that spoil become the property of the landowner when the "six months after
construction" period runs out?

Could we sell spoil off this easement during the active period of
easement?

3. In reference to the clause "six months after completion of construc-
tion" Mr. Twachtmann wants to know if this should not be clarified by saying
"after the completion of the contract under which the work was done" because
/thegypass may take five yearq,or morf tobuild.
