RE: Concerns About Water Element of State Comprehensive Plan
As discussed at the last Governing Board meeting, the staff is extremely
concerned about the possible effects of certain policies and issues
included in the current draft of the Water Element.
The attached letter has been drafted, per your instruction at the
October 4, 1977 meeting, to transmit our specific concerns.
