As suggested, we wrote each member of the board a letter asking for
more equitable allocations.
SWUCA offers many solutions for the future. However, the
restrictions are immediate before the solutions can be implemented.
The solutions should be implemented before the restrictions. This
will give the board members, users, and the general public more
time to digest the prepared proposals.
The problems deserve the best solutions for lasting and equitable
