please fill out a speaker's card a thj reception desk in the lobby. Your card will be provided to the Chairman who will call
on you at the appropriate time during the meeting. To ensure that all participants have an opportunity to speak, comments
will be limited to three minutes per speaker. In appropriate circumstances, the Chairman may grant exceptions to the three-
minute limit.
