viewed me, I would have told him the
same thing I told the Today reporter
who did interview me that 1 thought
the proposed water policy was a good
"dart.
I spent 9/ years in state govern-
ment, headed three different environ-
mental agencies and fought long and
hard for strong environmental laws.
The fact that now, as a private attor-
ney, I represent agricultural interests
