application for a permit by the City and requested her to consider its
effect on the pending application.

Enclosed herewith please find copies of two legal
documents effecting the consumptive use permit appli-
cation submitted by the City for Section 21.
Both documents involve the City of St. Petersburg
and Tampa Electric Company. One is for the sale of
approximately 16 acres of what was previously the City
of St. Petersburg property to the Tampa Electric Company.
The second is the conveyance of water rights under
certain TECO properties to the City of St. Petersburg.
The net effect is to reduce the acerage owned by the
City of St. Petersburg by 16 acres, but to increase the
acreage of lands owned or controlled by the City of
St. Petersburg for water rights purposes to 675 acres.
This is submitted to assist you in maintaining a
agemeat rent file.
