Dear Buddy:
Reference is made to our previous conversations and to your letter of July
22, 1976 to Mr. J. B. Butler on above subject.
For your information, another 36 inch culvert has been placed under the
access road to Structure 160 as requested.
We will still take emergency steps to prevent water from backing up on
Mr. Baker; however, it should be realized that we could have higher pri-
orities for our equipment in times of heavy rain.
