This is Mr. Zilis' second year at our seminar. Last year he made
an interesting presentation on Colorado Ground Water Law. His
senior partner, George Vranesh, made presentations at several
prior Vail seminars. Their law firm limits its practice to water
rights, natural resources, environmental, mining, real property,
administrative and land use law.



Paul J. Zilis, born Chicago, Illinois, May 5, 1954; admitted to
bar, 1982, Colorado. Education: University of Colorado (B.A.,
1978; J.D., 1982). Author: "A Stream Order Analysis of
