Amy,

Bob Steinbach happened to be at the Government House & I had asked him about the use of the contact printing machine.

He said that he would be glad to instruct me in the use in about 3 0 minutes at any time as long as he is notified one day in advance.

I expect to be at the Government House on Rednesday Feb6th at 0800 hrs

I would appreciate if you can coordinate time and notify me at home.

Bob was very cooperative and had instructed me on the unidentified approximately 200 negatives.

Sincerely

Dick Metzler

Amy

There are two more working weeks in December before Xmas.

I feel that it may require 2 or 3 weeks to accomplish "A" File (35mm) or 10 to 15 more hours.

There are more 35mm negatives to be processed than I anticipated.

So hopefully this project will be completed before Xmas.

Dear Ken,

Here is the inventory of our photographic materials, made
in August of this year. The accompanying work design is going to be
subject to some modification, thanks to last Friday's consultation
with you.

I am continually surprised and.delighted by the special skills
to be found among the people who live here in St. Augustine. You
have the instincts and standards of a top-knotch curator/archivist.
Our library here at the Preservation Board is going to have one of the best photographic archives in the state when we have finished applying
your advice and adopting, as much as is practical, your model.

Sincerely yours,

Amy Turner Bushnell Historian
