An Ordinance to provide for a loan to the Borough of San
Fernando for the purpose of erecting a market.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago,
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the San Fernando Short Ttl,
Market Loan Ordinance, 1912.
2. The Receiver-General may, on the authority of the Loantoayor
Governor, from moneys in his hands, advance to the Mayor ald BurgesBe".
and Burgesses of San Fernando the sum of 1,000 for the
purposes of erecting and equipping a market at Prince
Alfred Street North, in the Town of San Fernando.
3. Such sum of 1,000 shall be a charge upon the payment of
general revenue of the Borough of San Fernando, and" ln'
shall be repayable to the Receiver-General by thirty-three
annual instalments of 55 2 1 each by the Mayor and
Burgesses of the said Borough out of the said general
revenue.

Payment of 4. Such annual instalments shall be paid on or before
it.1lment* the 30th day of June in each year, and the first of such
instalments shall be paid on or before the 30th day of June,
1918.
Passed in Council this Thirtieth day of October, in
the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twelve.
