BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago,
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment of Short Tle.
Women (Amendment) Ordinance, 1912, and shall be read
as one with the Employment of Women Ordinance, 1912,
which is hereinafter referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

2. Section 2 of the Principal Ordinance is amended:- Amenamenof

(a.) By striking out the word and where it first ordinance.
occurs in line 4 of the definition of Industrial
Undertaking and inserting in lieu thereof the

(b.) By striking out all the words after the word
"undertaking" in line 1 of the definition of
Night work and inserting in lieu thereof the
words "during any portion of a period of 11
"consecutive hours including the hours of 10
"o'clock in the evening and five o'clock in the
morning."

Passed in Council this Thirtieth day of October, in
the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twelve.
