No. 41. Wills and Probate. 1912.
Amendmentof 3. Section 108 of the Wills and Probate Ordinance
eOdinance 99No 99, is amended by inserting, after deceased" in line 8,
the words or by any person claiming to be interested under
any will alleged to have been made by the deceased."
Passed in Council this Twenty-third day of October,
in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
twelve.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Wills and Probate
Ordinance, No. 99.

4th November, 1912.
BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Wills and Probate short Title.
(Amendment) Ordinance, 1912.
2. Section 27 of the Wills and Probate Ordinance, No. Amendment
99, is amended by adding at the end thereof the words "oro Sif on27
" on summary conviction before a Stipendiary Justice of 99
" the Peace on the complaint of the Administrator General
" to a fine not exceeding Twenty Pounds or to imprison-
"ment for a period not exceeding three months, with or
" without hard labour."
