B E it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Roads (Amend- Short Title.
ment) Ordinance, 1912, and shall be read as one with the
Roads Ordinance, No. 200, which is hereinafter referred to
as the Principal Ordinance.


2. Section 4 of the Principal Ordinance is amended:-
(1.) By inserting after clause (k) the following
clause (k1.):-

For securing the safety of the public in the use Level
