AN ORDINANCE to make provision for defraying the
Expenses of the Government of the Colony of Trinidad
and Tobago for the year from 1st April 1912, to 31st
March, 1913.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows :-
1. There may be issued and paid from and out of the Providing for
Public Moneys of the Colony of Trinidad and Tobago for pay'entrom
the service of the year from 1st April 1912, to 31st March
1913, an amount not exceeding the following sums, that is
to say:-


For charges on account of the Public
Debt .......
For Pensions, Allowances, Gratuities, &c.....
For Salary and Expenses of the Governor
and Legislature ........
For Salaries and Expenses of the Colonial

Payment to be 2. The several sums hereinbefore mentioned, or such part
warrant thereof respectively as may be required for the Service of
Governor. the year from 1st April 1912, to 31st March 1913, shall
be issued and paid from and out of the Public Moneys of
the Colony of Trinidad and Tobago upon the Warranl of
the Governor, and shall be respectively applied to the
Services hereinbefore in that behalf specified.
Passed in Council this Twenty-fifth day of March,
in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
twelve.
