Sale of Produce.
No. 14-1912.
26th February.
AN ORDINANCE to amend the Sale of Produce
Ordinance, 1909.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sale of Produce Short title.
(Amendment) Ordinance, 1912, and shall be read as one
with the Sale of Produce Ordinance, 1909.
2. Section 30 of the Sale of Produce Ordinance, 1909, is Amendment
amended by inserting at the end of line 7 thereof the wordsof S iton 30
"and whether he is the owner, tenant or contractor in 09.
occupation of any such lands, or the servant or agent of
any such owner, tenant or contractor."
Passed in Council this Twenty-sixth day of February, in
the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
