AN ORDINANCE to amend the Agricultural Contracts
Ordinance, No. 67.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows :-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Agricultural Con- Short Title.
tracts (Amendment) Ordinance, 1912, and shall be read as
one with the Agricultural Contracts Ordinance, No. 67.
2. In the fourth line of Section 4 of the Ordinance No. Amendmentof

Amendment 4. In the last line but one of the attestation clause of

1908, Inspector appointed under the Plant Protection Ordi-
nance 1911," shall be inserted after the word "Warden."
