AN ORDINANCE to amend the Evidence Ordinance,
(No. 32.)

BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Coun-
cil thereof as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Evidence (Amend- Short title.
ment) Ordinance, 1912, and shall be read as one with the
Evidence Ordinance, (No. 32.)
2. There shall be inserted at the end of the Schedule to Amendment
of Schedule
the Evidence Ordinance (No. 32) in the first and second of No. 32.
columns thereof respectively, the words appearing in the
first and second columns of the schedule to this Ordinance.
Passed in Council this Twenty-sixth day of February, in
the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
