entitled An Ordinance relating to the prevention of
accidents by fire."

BE it enacted by the Governor of Trinidad and Tobago
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Agricultural hort title.
Fires (Amendment) Ordinance, 1912.

2. Section 1 of the Ordinance No. 6-1910 is hereby Short title of
repealed and in lieu thereof shall be read the following :- Ord. 6-1910.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Agricultural
Fires Ordinance, 1910.

Amendment of 3. The fourth paragraph of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 6
Section 4 of
Ordinance -1910 shall be amended by inserting the words and the
6-1910. hours during which fire may be set." after the word force "
in the fourth line thereof.
Amendment of 4. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 6-1910 shall be amended
seto ofo by inserting the words or during the hours" after the
6-1910. word days in the second line thereof.
5. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6 of 1910 is amended by
adding at the end thereof the following words:-
or to setting fire to any tree, shrub, growth or
underwood on any land which is being cleared
"for the construction of a railway under the
provisions of the Railways Ordinance, No. 145,
or for the construction or maintenance by the
Public Works Department of any road under
the provisions of the Roads Ordinances.
Passed in Council this Twelfth day of February, in
the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.
