Recommendations

The warp in the ceiling should
be investigated to determine
cause. Light fixture should be
checked for lamp replacement.

Plaster has shrinkage cracks
over total visible area. Plas-
ter appears to have been pain
ted several times. Exact caus
of cracks cannot be determined
immediately but they appear to
be caused by poor plastering
procedures and poor maintenance

PLaster in same condition as
in north wall.
Markings on previous door open
ings are due to compression.


Recommendations




None


Entire wall must be scrapped to
original surface. This would
eliminate all cracks. Wall shou
be replastered if necessary and
good quality paint to cover.

cation to avoid door markings

poorly maintained due to stain

off in many areas such as
around panes and on frame.
Blinds are in operable condi-
tion as well as screens.
Hardware is also intact with
no evidence of ware.Windows
are extremely poorly maintain-
ed due to heavy dirt acumula-/

    Translucent glass panels have
    been painted on the north side
    an opaque brown color. Some
    scratches in this paint let
    light through.Allso paint is
    insufficient to cover fully in
    some places.Wood is free of
    marks and is varnished.


    Paint is clean with minor
    scuffs between window openings
    below chairrail.


    Place exposed wire in conduit
    clean scuffs from paint and
    retouch as required.


    Some scuff marks on paint belo
    chairrail, especially on the
    face of the columns. South
    column has combination of foot
    -scuffs and desks masrks. Line
    -about 18" from floor is caused
    by lip of sliding metal trash
    can.Outlets have been painted
    over and a 3 switch plate by
    door has only one switch.


    Clean wall below chairrail
    and repaint to cover to cover
    as required. Determine if
    outlets work and either clean
    paint off or replace with soli
    plates. Replace light switch
    plate with appropriate type.
