five-hundred years of history, digitized.

In cooperation with Haitian and American
libraries, Digital Library of the Caribbean now
provides free-access to hundreds of historical
books, manuscripts, and newspapers.

An Island Luminous aspires to illuminate Haiti's
past by pairing original documents with expert
commentary. Our guided tour navigates new
readers through history, while introducing them
to top scholars, past and present.
