tJohn Gates of City of St. Augurtine in Territory of Florida.
ConMsieration, $1,200 United States money.
*All thnt measuPge or dwelling house and lot of land thereto
belonging situate, lying and being in the snid city of St. Augustine
on the west side of St. George's Street, fronting on said street
seventy-four feet bounded on the North by a house and lot belonging
to Don Poblo Sabate- at present in the occupation of Mr. John Geiger,
being in depth one hundred and ninety-eight 4tft half feet; on the
West by street known as Pow's street measuring on said street seventy-
seven feet, and on the South by a house and lot occupied by Don Pedro
Fusha, the said lot of lpnd rereby conveyed containing In ell fourteen
thousand six hundred and eighty nine soupre feet, be the same more or

the papers is will of Antonio de Arribes, December 12,1812, mentioning
house in St. Augustine [site not given) inherited from his parents

Chief Master of the Royal Works; Tadeo Arribas of the Comptroller'
Office for his fiscal oognizance; and I the present Notary, Zubiaretta,
went across Anastasia Island, fixing stakes, separating the King's
Quarry, and saying that all that remained was what corresponded to
Minutes of the St. Augustine City Council during the period of
Meeting of August 9,1813:
"In this meeting there was seen a representation from the
Gentlemen Committeemen of this body relative to Don Tadeo de Arrivas
having been oommissioned by this Illustrious Body, in the Village of
Fernandina, to give an aoco',nt of the state of the ivmposts on shops
