Dear Don,

Inclosed is my "Report and Recommendations" for the tabby/coquina wall along the
south line of your property at 214 St. George St. I hope you find it both enlightening
and useful.
I have recommended opening up the cement patches which, hopefully, are concealing
more of the posts. I would be more than happy to come over and document this
element if you decide to do so. There would be no fee involved, just satisfaction of my
curiosity.
I have also included Joyce Harmon's report on the house, however I'm afraid that it
doesn't shed much, if any, light on the physical appearance.
Please feel free to call me with any questions that you or Rick Hernandez might have in
regards to the stabilization.

Sincerely,

Robert H. Steinbach
