review of the plans for construction, renovation, alteration or change of occupancy
was conducted by the undersigned and the results are as indicated on the attached
reportss.

The item(s) noted will violate the Florida Statutes, Chapter 4A Florida
Administrative Code, or the various codes and standards adopted by this office.
Corrective action is required prior to verifying whether the plans comply with the
uniform fire safety standards.

184 Seat Assembly Area.

Provide details of steps at seating platform. N.F.P.A. 101, 1985
Edition, Chapter 8, Sections 8-2.5.5.10, 8-2.5.5.10(a), 8-2.5.5.10(b)
(c), (d), (e), (f) and (g).

Throughout 1st Floor.

An open interior stair now exist in the northeast area of the building
plus an enclosed stair adjacent to the stage. Both discharge inside
the building. N.F.P.A. 101, 1985 Edition, Chapter 5, Section 5-7.2
(a-c).

2nd Floor Throughout.

No 2nd floor or upper floor plan has been included to make a proper
plan review for this building. State Fire Marshals Rules and Regulations
Chapter 4-A, Section 4A-3.010.

Northwest enclosed stair.

Enclosed usable space is now existing at the 1st floor landing of
this stair. N.F.P.A. 101, 1985 Edition, Chapter 5, Section 5-2.2.3.4

West entrance door of multi-purpose room.

Solid core door is non-conforming at this location adjacent to open
stair. Provide a 1 hour "B" label assembly with closing device.

Exit doors from assembly areas.

Panic hardware is not indicated on exit doors as required in N.F.P.A.
101, 1985 Edition, Chapter 8, Section 8-2.11.1


184 occupancy assembly area.

No exit marking or emergency lighting is indicated on plan. N.F.P.A.
101, 1985 Edition, Chapter 8, Sections 8-2.9 (Section 5-9) and 8-2.10
(Section 5-10).

Open interior stair north lobby.

A vertical opening now exist between the 1st and 2nd floor. N.F.P.A.
101, 1985 Edition, Section 8-3.1
