ACTIVITY:

1) Inspection, Partial:


Conduit system, rough-in.

(1) Crawl space between"West and East wings.

(2) Wall, ceiling and floor plenum, East wing, only.


WORK INSPECTED:

1) Feeder circuit conduit, 2 inch, PVC, Schedule 40, 100 lineal feet.

2) Branch circuit conduits, 1/2 inch through 1 inch.

3) Wiring in conduits.

4) Panelboard;.

5) Device and outlet boxes mounted in plenum, walls and ceiling.

Correct Life Safety Violations/Renovate East
Wing, Government House, St. Auqustine


CONCLUSIONS:

1) Additional conduit straps and supports required in several locations.

2) The electrical foreman, Mr. Ed Gaffney, stated that all discrepancies in the conduit
installation would be corrected to comply with NEC support requirements.

3) VARIATION FROM SPECIFICATIONS: Feeder conduit to new panelboard in East wing is PVC.
Specifications do not provide for this method. Mr. David Scott will contact A/E,
Shepard Associates, for approval.

4) With assurance from 2) above, the current conduit installation is satisfactory and
ready for wall and ceiling cover.
