Pursuant to the provisions of Section 255.25, Florida Statutes, a comprehensive
review of the plans for construction, renovation, alteration or change of occupancy
was conducted by the undersigned and the results are as indicated on the attached
reportss.

The item(s) noted will violate the Florida Statutes, Chapter 4A, Florida
Administrative Code, or the various codes and standards adopted by this office.
Corrective action is required prior to verifying whether the plans comply with
the Uniform Fire Safety Standards.

Please provide me with your reply or input as soon as practical.

TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF PLANS


VIOLATION: Sprinkler System

COMMENT: (1) N.F.P.A. 13, 1983 Edition, (a.a.). All control valves,
check valves, drain pipes and test equipment.

(2) Provision for Flushing

(3) Section 1-10.1. The installer shall perform a required
test (Section 1-11), complete the contractor's material
and test certificates (see Section 1-12), and forward
the certificates to the authority having jurisdiction
to ask for approval of the installation.
