change designated are the raxirmum agreed to by both the Owner and the Contractor for this
change. In consideration of the foregoing adjustTents in contract time and contract sum the
Contractor hereby releases Owner from all claims, derands, or causes of action arising out
of the transactions, events and occurrences giving rise to this Change Order. This written
Change Order is the entire agreement between C.] ner and Cont-actor with respect to this Change
Order. No other agreements or modifications shall apply to this contract a-rendment unless
expressly provided herein. This Change Order represents final agency action pursuant to

In the course of this renovation work, conditions have been uncovered that
are necessary to correct in order to stabilize the structure. The Architect
is initiating this change as this work was unforseen in the original Contract.
The using agency will pay for this Change Order.

The specific work in this change order involves rebuilding the wood beam the.
wall framing rests on in areas that have deteriorated. Other rotten framing
and trim will be replaced. This work is being done to put the building into
a sound structural state, and will not affect the operation, care of size
of the project.
