TO: HECTOR MIRON

FROM: DAVID SCOTT "Z

SUBJECT: ELECTRICAL WORK IN AUDITORIUM

During scheduled demolition in the auditorium some electrical

lines were disconnected and must now be rewired and run to fit

our new configuration.

This work is out of the scope o"' the electrical bid and must be a

separate cost. Mr. Owen estimates that it is less than one days

work and will cost around $250. Can I have them proceed with the

work?
