I beg to advise that at the an-
nual meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Model Land Company, held on March 17, 1925, the
following resolution was passed:

"BESOLVED, That in the passing
of Mr. Ingraham, a man of highest ideals,
upright character, and those sterling
qualities which endeared him to all,
this Company has lost a valued associate
and wise counselor, and that we, both in-
dividually and officially, feel his with-
drawal from our midst with much sorrow and
a deep sense of personal loss."

| The Chairman referred to the death of our esteem-

ed Vice-President, Mr. J. E. Ingrahai, on October 25th,

1924. Whereupon it was unanimously


|: RESOLVED, That in the passing away of Mr.Ingraham,

; the Railway Company has lost a loyal and efficient

I Officer. He had faithfully served the Flagler interests

for over thirty years as an Officer and Director, almost

!; the entire time as one of the Vice-Presidents of the

Railway Company. He was a valued Executive, untiring

in his application to his duties and thoroughly devoted

to the interests of the Company.


His high ideals, upright character, and efficient

service to the entire State of Florida won for him dis-

tinguished recognition as one of its foremost citizens. ,

He was conspicuously identified with every progressive

movement for the advancement of the State's best interest

and of the community in which he lived.


His kindly, unselfish nature endeared him to all

his associates by whom he was respected and admired for

his sterling character. We.mourn his loss.


"His life was gentle, and the elements so
mixed in him that nature might stand up
and say to all the world; this was a man".


It is further Resolved that a copy of this Reso-

lution be sent to the family of Mr. Ingraham as a

testimonial of our feeling and an expression of sympathy,
