Know all men by these presents that, Whereas George

Frost of Boston,Mass. did on the sixth day of September, A.D.1893,

in the Circuit Court in and for the county of Hernando in the

Slate of Florida,recover a judLgment .-.'i -st Eazil O.Bowden,for

i:- Luml of 01 -. .hu.:. :or-three and 81/100 dol1-U:,principal

and interest found to be due to date ; and, also, the sum of

thirty dollars attorney's fees provided for in said note; and, the

further sum of two dollars protest fees;and, the further sum of

v.exy.8 l:3 'five and 8k/100 dollars costs in this behalf expended,

upon which judgment an execution was issued dated the .4..... day

of A.D.1893, and directed to all and singular the

sheriffs of the State of Florida to execute. And by virute of said

record upon the original execution which were daly advertised

for sale, a portion of which was claimed as appears thereon ,as

a homestead exemption under the lawsof Florida, the remainder being

an undivided portion in the estate of Adeline McMinn, deceased,

which is otherwise encumbered, etc.,which was old and bid in by

the plaintiff for the sum of one dollar,being the highest and best

bid therefore at the time and place of said sale thereof which was

and there recorded in Foreign Judgment book ]-o.l on page 55 on

Afterwards the original execution issuing out of the

Circuit Court in and for Hernando county was handed to the sheriff

of Pasco county, Florida,who levied upon the lands hereinafter

highest and best bidder therefore at the time and place of sale

thereof. And the said George Frost being entitled D a deed this

Frost,have granted, bargained and sold and do hereby convey to the

be divided into three equal parts- One third due three months from

this date. One third six months from this date- bal-ance due nine

months from this date.
