This building was treated for subterranean termites in
1972 by Florida Pest Control Company.
The decking, railings and trim are rotting because of
water damage. The rear decking and stairs were completely
replaced in 1971-72 by our carpenter and maintenance
We recommend some sort of gutter system be installed in
front and rear to help prevent further damage.
