GenMemen:

Thank you for your quote of January 9, 1976.

I have checked with the architect in regards to the extra railing needed, etc.
and several problems came to light.

One., there was confusion on the hand of the stair.
It should be left hand descending.

Two, the extra rail specified Is from the center post to the
partition at the top of the stair, going toward the west.

Three, the finish opening sine is 48" x 48".

Four, it will be necessary to have the stair made in two sections
to facilitate installation.

Five, I.would appreciate a tentative delivery date so as to be able
to schedule ether work.

Sixth It is impossible for us, as a state agency, to extend credit
in the form of a deposit, however, we would issue a purchase.
order upon receipt of an acceptable proposal.

I'm sure the above would change the price of the stair and would appreciate
a revised. proposal at your e*rliest convenience.

: "Sincerely,

Robert H. Steinbach, Director
