Dear Mr. Griffin:

Please find enclosed herewith an original and two copies
of the Deed transferring title of the property formerly
held by Mrs. C.D. Towers in St. Augustine from the Historic
St. Augustine Board of Trustees to the Board of Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Trust Fund.

We request that you execute all three copies of this
Deed on behalf of the Historic St. Augustine Board of Trustees
and have them attested to by the secretary of the Board.
Retain one copy of this Deed for your files and return the
original and one copy to this office for transmittal to the
Board of Trustees. Upon receipt of the lease for the afore-
mentioned property from the Trustees, a copy thereof will be
sent to you for your files.

of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund for the use

rusteeos, party of the first part, pursuant to the lmadate of
the Legislature of Florida, heronabeforo mentioned, and in further
consideration of the mutual covenants between the parties hereto,
does hereby and herewith convey, transfer, deliver and set over
to the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal
improvement Trust Fund, party of the second part, their aesessors

and assigns j orever, all that parcel or parcels of land, situated
in St. Johns County, Florida, ore particularly described as
follows$










Lot 7, Block 15, City of St. Awgastine, County of
St. Johns, Yrloida, according to the official map
thereof filed January 3, 190o, in the office of
the Clark of the Circuit Court.
This onaveyamno is made subject to an exception and
reservation of a life estate in the Grantor, provided
that during much life estate said property shall
be opean both to public asooess for interior visitation,
no less than twelve (12) days annually, and to
inspeaotoa by representatives of the Grantee, during
weekdays betwaea 8i00 a.*. and 5(00 p.m.
This conveyance is made subject to exception and
reservation for the Grantor's thra s Lrviving
hildrean for periods of use and company of said
property during their lives not to eaxeed an annual
total of twenty-eight (28) consecutive days.
This oanveyance is made subject to the condition that
if the sum of the aforesaid grant is not expanded
by the Grantesoo for the restoration of said property
in aocordance with the plans and speaoifiatieas
suggested by the Grantor and rantee, as ultimately
approved by the National Park Service, then said
property shall imdiLately revert to the Grantor,
her heirs or assigas.
