The following information was obtained from records at the St.
Augustine Historical Society with the help and guidance of Mrs.
Eugenia Arana.

Bartolome Juan Josef Villalonga.

There is little information of Bartolome Villalonga. The SAHS
biographical card file reveals:

Parents: Juan Villalonga and Maria CMarianna_ Cardona

Born: June 2, 1789, St. Augustine

Baptised: June 6, 1789

Godparents: Bartolome Villalonga and Antonia Segui

Marriage: Maria Acosta Frecord of marriage not located in SAHS

files, presumably in Cathedral Rectory files

Children: Juan Ladislao, born 1817 27 7W7- i7

Maria de los Dolores Biliana, born 1818


Genalogical file: Died 1825. Source: Notice in East Florida 7 -/1.7

Herald dated September 6, 1825. "Six weeks from date hereof I shall

apply for letters of Administration on the Estate of Bartolome

Villalonga late of St. Johns County, deceased."


Records of his estate are not to be found at the County Courthouse

due to gaps in their records.


Nowhere is there ia mention of Bartolome's occupation.
