marls and peats >20 feet thick. No formations U -

Tha-Arcadia Formation (undifferentiated) of the Hawthorn Group. G1 O
Consists predominantly of carbonates which are variably --
quartz and phosphate sandy and clayey. Sand and day beds 0
are often present. Dolostone is generally the dominant carbonate component except in theTampa Member. T hp

Th npb-Bone Valley Miember or the Peace River Formaltion, Hawthorn
Group. Consists of pebble or gravel sized
phosphate fragments and sand-sized phosphate grains in a
matrix of quartz sand and clay Percentages of the various
components are highly variable.
Thpr-Peace River Formation of the Hawthorn Group. Consists of
interbedded quartz sands, clays and carbonates, all ofwhich
are variably phosphatic
