Arrival House
St. Augustine, Florida

Dear Earle:

Bert Roberts has advised me that the HIABS is now bringing to comple-
tion the St. Augustine records and abortly this data will be sent to
the Library of Congress for permanent record.

As you know we have an existing set of plans and historical refer-
onces to our house which are now inadequate and incorrect due to the
subsequent research when the coquina front was restored and the
front rooms researched.

We are desparat~ely in need of your help so that our house is propor-
lyJ recorded. We are willing to pay for the revision of our drawings
and the history shown thereon. For the better part of two years we
have been waiting for the special drawing papery which, I believe,
you were to secure for us.

Will you advise mei, as well as Bill Daniell, procedure and help us
to get in under the approaching deadline.

Kindest regards
