Restoration Ticket Sales

Dear Mr. Broeer:
It has come to my attention that the Coamissoni again intends to
offer to the Publie a Ticket of admission to the various projesta
it has completed oh St. George Street and other areas in St. Aug-
ustine.
Confirming our conversation yesterdayT I wish to inform you that
previous sales of these tickets have operated to the detriment
of the Musem of Yesterdays Toys as well as the Comiasaions own
desire to ereate a "Living Restoration" and secure supplemental
income.
Since the Rodrigaes-Avero-Sanohes House is a restored property
which the Commbssion itself authenticated, ticket purchasers ex-
peot to view this property and its contents at no additional
charge.
Regardless of how we handle this in a careful and polite manner,
these ticket holders invariably condemn the ticket as a "gipP and
turn away in anger from our Musem.
We have a substantial investment in the Musaem of Yesterdays Toys.
We dislike the fast that we have been consistently ignored as to
busineasproblems on St. George Street; particularly sinee the Com-
mission used the Rodrigues-Avero-Sanhes House as their first dem- ^)
onstratian project.
Prior to again placing the "Ticket" available to the pblie, we
believe you should discuss this with Maars. Walfe and owton and
arrange for a conference of the interested parties.
